刪除 MoqiKey 帳號

在 App 裡刪除（最快）

1. 打開 MoqiKey App，到「帳號」。
2. 按「刪除帳號」，再用同一個 Google 帳號確認一次。
3. 帳號會馬上刪除。

會刪除哪些資料

• 你的帳號、和 Google 帳號的連結、email。
• 登入過的裝置和登入狀態。
• 帳號每天的 AI 使用次數、方案（MoqiKey Plus）和兌換紀錄。
• Google Play 的訂閱不會因此取消，也不會退款。請先在 Play 商店的「付款和訂閱」取消，以免繼續扣款。
• AI 用量紀錄和客服單會拿掉和帳號的連結。用量紀錄在 30 天後刪除，客服單在最後一次往來的 180 天後刪除。
• Play 購買紀錄會拿掉和帳號的連結，只留下商品、狀態和日期，用來防止退款濫用，到期後 3 年刪除。
• 對象、說話風格和設定只存在手機上，解除安裝 App 就會刪除。
• 使用狀況統計本來就不連到帳號。要刪除，請在 App 裡按「刪除我的統計」。

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open the MoqiKey app and go to Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm with the same Google account.
3. Your account is deleted right away.

What is deleted

• Your account, its link to your Google account, and your email.
• The devices you signed in on, and your sign-ins.
• Your account's daily AI usage counts, your plan (MoqiKey Plus) and the codes you redeemed.
• A Google Play subscription is not cancelled or refunded. Cancel it first in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions, or you will keep being charged.
• AI usage records and support tickets are unlinked from the account. Usage records are deleted after 30 days, tickets 180 days after the last message.
• Play purchase records are unlinked from the account and keep only the product, status and dates, to prevent refund abuse. They are deleted 3 years after they end.
• Your people, speaking style and settings are only on your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
• Usage statistics are never linked to an account. To delete them, tap Delete my statistics in the app.

不能用 App 時 / If you cannot use the app
